Description:

Three free standing figure sculptures made of burnished aluminium with brightly coloured artwork ceramic tiles representing travel, time and the seasons and special tiles by community members. These works are designed to be bold and colourful and to make reference to ancient shapes and symbols. The symbols used in the designs are associated with Nyoongar ideas about travel,  camps and resting points on a journey, sources of water and food, traditional walk paths and the passing of time as represented by the six seasons. Thanks to students at Yule Brook College for their input.
