Feedback and complaints

Feedback is integral to our Customer Service Charter and helps us to improve our public transport services in WA

The PTA strives to provide the highest level of public transport services to our community. Complaints, commendations, suggestions and general comments can be made the online feedback form below or by phone to our InfoLine (13 62 13).
