Designed to support outcomes in STEM, geography, health, and mathematics, these PTA Educate resources foster critical and creative thinking - perfect for engaging students while meeting curriculum requirements.
Teaching and Learning Resources
Resources are under development and will be available soon.
- Lesson plans will be built on principles of student-centred learning, inquiry, and creative and critical thinking.
- Activities will encourage active participation through class discussions, breakout sessions, partner work, and individual tasks.
- The program focuses on five key knowledge areas:
- Understanding the Transperth network
- Journey planning
- Ticketing and fares
- Safe travel practices
- Rights and responsibilities.
Educators can adapt activities to support inclusive classrooms. Additional guidance is available in Student Diversity and the Australian Curriculum Advice for principals, schools, and teachers.
