Bikes on trains
The Public Transport Authority welcomes passengers with bikes on our Transperth trains, because we recognise the contribution cyclists make towards a cleaner environment and healthier community.
However, to ensure all passengers enjoy a safe and comfortable journey, there are regulations that apply to travelling with your bike.
Transperth's 'What you need to know about taking your bicycle on Transperth Trains' brochure (which can be downloaded below) outlines:
- peak time travel;
- on board etiquette;
- lock and leave facilities;
- shared pathways; and
- rights and responsibilities.
