Works to upgrade the ferry ticketing kiosk at Elizabeth Quay Jetty are now complete, with passengers able to take advantage of the expanded, weather-protected kiosk from Thursday 30 November 2017.
The upgrade began in late August and included:
- Extending the kiosk’s verandah and enclosing the outside space with a glass wall, to protect waiting customers from the elements.
- Extending and modifying the customer service counter height to improve accessibility and ensure compliance with Disability and Discrimination Act (DDA) standards.
- Building staff and storage facilities.
