The PTA has an extensive collection of public art which has developed and expanded with the network, from electrification of the trains in the early 1990s to the METRONET program in recent years.

Description:

Urban art has been used to add interest to the bin compound on the busway bridge.

Artist/s Statement:

The Onward and Outward artwork on the bus bridge retaining wall creates a basis for the design, mainly referencing street map elements which have been incorporated into the background components of the piece, used alongside bold bright colours taken from the station.
