The PTA ZSN Supplier Portal is the single system for suppliers to manage all details in one place.
About the portal
The PTA uses the ZSN Supplier Portal to manage supplier details and facilitate contract management activities and provides a more efficient way for suppliers to register with the PTA. Through the portal, suppliers have:
- Autonomy over company details
- Improved data security
- A reduction in manual forms, phone calls and emails with the PTA
IMPORTANT – Add @zycus as a Safe Sender in your email
Emails from the portal are sent by the system vendor, Zycus. These are important emails which may get caught in your email's spam filter. To avoid this, you'll need to add @zycus as a Safe Sender in your email client.
How to add an email to Safe Sender list in Outlook
- From the Home ribbon, open Junk Email Options settings
- Under Safe Senders and domains, select Add and enter @zycus.com
- Select Save
