Comment sought on proposed Bunbury bus changes

The Public Transport Authority is seeking community feedback on some proposed changes to Bunbury school and town bus routes.

The planned town bus changes are designed to improve public transport access for residents of developing areas such as Dalyellup, Galway Green, Picton and Treendale. The changes will affect bus routes 103, 201, 302, 401, 501 and 701.

The school bus changes will cut student journey times by using more direct routes, and reduce service duplication.

Four consultation sessions will be held:
• 10am-1pm, Friday June 25, Australind Shopping Centre;
• 2-5pm, Friday June 25, Bunbury Centrepoint Shopping Centre;
• 9.30am-12.30pm, Saturday June 26, Bunbury Forum Shopping Centre; and
• 1.30pm-4.30pm, Saturday June 26, Dalyellup Community Centre.
