The PTA CommentLine can be contacted by phone 13 16 08 to provide the PTA with feedback (complaints, commendations, suggestions, general comments) relating to the PTA and it’s Transperth and Transwa services.

It can also be contacted to report damage to PTA property and suggestions for improvements.
